Our industry experts bring their wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections to bear when matching you with garment manufacturers and cut and sew manufacturers that will bring you the lowest MOQs for your kind of product. They balance the desire for a low MOQ with other important considerations, such as where you’d like to produce versus the feasibility of overall pricing. We work with apparel manufacturing in China, Vietnam, Peru, Honduras, India, and the USA to secure you the best pricing and ideal MOQ, and use the power in representing multiple customers to demand lower MOQs and greater priority in production lines. Automated sourcing agents and networks can match you with a low price and MOQ, but the quality is variable, smaller production runs for smaller brands are not prioritized, and it is often impossible to communicate or connect with the apparel manufacturer on the ground.

We handle all apparel manufacturing factory communication for you so that you can focus on growing your business. Our apparel manufacturing factories are not hidden. Our customers know the name of their apparel manufacturer and MakeMine’s point of contact, but we handle the communication with the apparel manufacturer for you. This takes a hefty workload off of you, and actually increases efficiency for the apparel manufacturer, as it streamlines communication with one single point of contact (MakeMine) for multiple customers.

Our industry veterans meet with all of our apparel manufacturing factories personally and in-person to put faces to names and perform inspections and audits with QIMA (quality inspections).

We charge the apparel manufacturing factory cost for samples with new customers. Once a customer has established a sustained record of orders, we may credit future garment manufacturing orders when a PO is placed.

We include a small, transparent fee in the FOB cost. This ranges based on several factors. We typically charge the apparel manufacturing factory cost for samples, with an option to credit this to the customer as our partnership grows. We include a small fee for shipping from the apparel manufacturer that’s included in the invoice. We do not charge for duties. Note that many other sourcing agents establish business entities in China so they can mark up the FOB Cost without you knowing. Duties are charged on that FOB Cost, adding extra costs to your apparel manufacturing production.

Pay invoices by credit/debit card, ACH. Payments are made over a familiar processor, Intuit QuickBooks. You can also pay via wire transfer. We use a US bank, as opposed to customers having to wire money internationally.
